369 Performance is a premium fitness and lifestyle apparel brand built around discipline, strength, faith, performance, and self-improvement.
What does "Built Through Discipline" mean?
Growth is earned through consistency, effort, faith, and daily commitment. It represents the mindset of showing up even when motivation fades.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Our pieces are made to order, which reduces waste and lets us focus on quality. Please allow time for production before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Everything is made to order, so your total time is production plus delivery.
- Apparel (tees and hoodies): made to order and ships in about 2 weeks. US delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after it ships.
- Stickers, magnets and mugs: production takes about 2–7 business days, and US delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that, so most US orders arrive about 5–14 business days after you place them.
- Digital downloads: delivered by email right after purchase. Nothing ships.
- International: usually arrives 7–20 business days after production. Rates are calculated at checkout, and customs duties or import fees aren't included.
If your order has apparel and merch, they're made by different partners and ship in separate packages. We email tracking as soon as each package ships.
Do you accept returns?
Because items are made to order, we accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us right away so we can make it right. Please check the size chart before ordering.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes sizing information. We recommend reviewing the size chart before ordering.
Will there be new drops?
Yes. 369 Performance will release new designs, collections, and limited drops as the brand grows.
